Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912LC-09-T-0028 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 324110. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes will be accepted via email ONLY. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS The Colorado Army National Guard is requesting quotes on 40,410 gallons of Red Dye fuel to be dispersed in 2,500 gallon increments based on the need between the dates of July 10 thru August 9, 2009. The fuel will need to be delivered to Fruita Monument. The Vendor needs to be flexible on the delivery schedule for the four weeks. Please submit quotes with current fuel prices. An increase in prices for fuel clause will be added to the contract so vendor may submit within 24 hours of each delivery for an increase of fuel price if a change in fuel prices has increased. Vendor will have to submit verification of increase.
