- PR NO: 0020533504. This solicitation is for a Firmed Fixed quantity contract. Destination Inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 6150-01-242-9054, Cable Assembly. Item is not commercial off the Shelf. FOB is Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are available at DSCR. Delivery is 89 days ARO. 100% Qty options apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
