Description
This is a standing solicitation (proposals may be submitted at any time) for Multiple Award Schedule 58, Part 1. All clauses required to implement ARRA have been incorporated into this solicitation. The refreshed solicitation will be available on or about June 16, 2009 and will include all current applicable clauses. Any contracts awarded as a result will be effective for a 5-year period beginning Date of Award with three (3) Government options to extend for 5-year periods. Contracts containing products under multiple SINS including 58-5 are in the process of being modified to delete the 58-5 products. EXPIRING CONTRACTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR A 5-YEAR EXTENSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE I-FSS-163, OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (EVERGREEN) (APR 2000). ADHERENCE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT, SUFFICIENT SALES, PARTICIPATION IN GSA ADVANTAGE, REGISTRATION WITH THE CENTRAL CONTRACTORS REGISTRATION (CCR), AND COMPLETION OF ON-LINE REPRESENTATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS (ORCA), AMONG OTHER FACTORS WILL BE CONSIDERATIONS FOR EXTENSION. Certified 8(a) firms can participate in the MAS Program. Submission of products with environmental attributes is encouraged. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) Codes for products include 334220, 334290, 334310 (the size standard for all is 750 employees), 443112 (the size standard is $8M in annual sales), 541490 and 811219 (the size standard for both is $6.5 in annual sales). Potential offerors can download the solicitation at http://www.fbo.gov. This is a standing solicitation (proposals may be submitted at any time) for Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 72, Part II, FURNISHINGS (including Lamps/Lighting Fixtures; Window Treatments (draperies, blinds, shades, accessories, hardware); Coordinating Bedspreads/Comforters; Cubicle Curtains; Wall Art (paintings, photographs, posters); Artificial Trees, Plants, Dried Foliage, & Planters for Indoor use; Other Decorative Wall/Tabletop Accessories; Ancillary Services; and International Fabric). The solicitation will be available on or about 2/18/05; it includes all current applicable clauses. Contracts will be effective for a 5-year period beginning Date of Award and include an option to extend for three additional 5-year periods. Certified 8(a) firms can participate in the MAS Program. Submission of products with environmental attributes are encouraged. All items are 100% set-aside for small business. North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) Codes include 313312, 314121, 314129, 225121, 337920, & 339999; size standard for all is 500 employees.
