- TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE ITEM 0001: MASTER NSN 6625-01-262-6452RH, Part Number A-A-59321, Tactical Air Navigation (TACAN) Test Set. Requirement is to establish an IDIQ ordering contract with a quantity of 1 - 50 each for the Basic Period, guaranteed minimum is 5 each. Also included, 4 additional Ordering Periods, 1-50 each. Delivery: 180 days ARO individual orders. Assets will be shipped FOB origin to multiple locations. Materials: Various Electronics Function: Portable flight-line tactical air navigation (TACAN) test set. This test set shall include all necessary accessories needed to test and fault detect the Air Force aircraft TACAN systems. Dimensions: Weight: 11 pounds ITEM 0002: One set of data manuals will be required. The approximate RFQ issue date will be on or around 26 June 2009. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. Offerors shall prepare their quotes in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Quotes will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing to Brandi.Moody@robins.af.mil with copy to Kathryn.Canady@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included.
