THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE It is important to note that this project is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 (Public Law 11-5) (Recovery Act). This procurement follows the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-2 and FAR 8.405-1. This opportunity is available only to solicited contractors under GSA Schedule 874-1. This study is being procured using the Multiple Award Schedule Program, also known as the Federal Supply Schedule program or the GSA Schedules Program. In accordance with GSA's Acquisition Letter V-09-01, dated April 9, 2009 (Titled: American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Implementation ), Multiple Award Schedule orders under 8.405-1 and 8.405-2 are considered competitive for the purpose of reporting rationales under the Recovery Act. GSA is seeking contractor services to formally perform a validation of an existing Program of Requirements (POR) for the Department of Veterans Affairs located at 811 Vermont Ave, NW, Washington, DC. The overall goal is to capture the agency's spatial requirements to be housed in leased space.
