- Draft Pricing Schedule Draft PWS(4)(Page 56-90/90) Draft PWS(3)(Page 44-55/90) Draft PWS(2)(Page 41-43/90) Draft PWS(1)(Page 1-40/90) The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform packing and crating of household goods in Kanagawa, Japan. The period of performance is anticipated to be for a one-year basic period with four (4) one-year options, for total five (5) years. The anticipated performance start date is 1 Jan 2010. This service includes but is not limited to packing, containerization, providing storage and local drayage of household goods for inbound, outbound, intra-city and intra-area services as defined in the Performance-based Work Statement (PWS). Please refere to DRAFT PWS and Pricing Schedule. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the U.S. Government considering the evaluation factors stated in the solicitation that will be available on this web site. Firms wishing to obtain complete solicitation package upon release are requested to respond in writing to this synopsis to Ms Sonomi Yoshihashi, Contract Specialist, by fax or e-mail. The solicitation is exempted from set-aside for small business for all trucking service.
