- The WARNG located at Camp Murray, WA 98430 intents to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to International Sports for Properties (ISP) for advertising through the UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT during the months of Aug-Dec 09. ISP is the only advertising company working directly with the University of WA Athletics Dept located at Seattle, WA. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because ISP is the only authorized company working directly with the University of WA Athletics Dept. Questions should be directed to Elke H.
