Description: The purpose of this amendment is to include revised responses to the Requests for Information previously posted. Immunizations and audiometry are not required for this service. In addition, the only urninalysis required is for pregnancy tests on female soldiers; the quick test on site is sufficient. Bid deadline is extended to 9:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, 18 June 2009. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
