Description
RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER HUBZone Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC) N40085-09-D-5321/N40085-09-D-5322/N40085-09-D-5323/N40085-09-D-5325/N40085-09-D-5326/N40085-09-D-5353. The Officer In Charge of Construction, Marine Corps Installations East, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic intends to competitively award a firm-fixed price task order utilizing Recovery Act of 2009 funding under the HUBZone MACC. Please note that only the contractors who have been awarded a HUBZone MACC from the OICC MCI-East Camp Lejeune, NC contracting office are eligible to prepare and submit a proposal for this solicitation. The anticipated scope of work may include, but is not limited to all labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish renovation of the interior and exterior of Building AS4106. The interior work will involve demolition and replacement of existing finish materials, ceilings, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, air handling units, steam pip and insulation. All interior surfaces will be painted. The exterior work will involve painting the entire exterior of the building, replacement of windows, and replacing the existing roof. The work for Building AS3905 will include renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. The interior work will involve demolition and replacement of existing finish materials, ceilings, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, and air diffuser units.
