- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Mental Health Services. Transportation Requirements: To ensure inmate accountability is maintained and avoid penalizing indigent inmates without transportation, services are to be provided within five miles (in any direction) from the Male Residential Re-entry Center (RRC) which is located at 236 South Pattie, Wichita, Kansas 67211, and the Female RRC which is located at 1301 North Duncan, Newton, Kansas 67114. There will be one contract for both locations.
