- PR number IQC09167009020 Project Number: RA09167008, NSN 1660-00-317-5555, Bracket and Pad Assembly This solicitation has one approved source of supply: Avox Systems, Inc., (53655) P/N 358-1342. The FOB point is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Guaranteed Min for the base year is 36 Ea, Min Order Qty is 36 Ea., and Estimated Annual demand Qty is 144 Ea.; Max Contract Qty for the base year is 288 Ea. Delivery: 126 days ARO. There is no Surge requirement for this solicitation. Ship To: Stock location in Continental US. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is July 1, 2009 and the closing date is August 3, 2009.
