Description
The Government wishes to lease approximately 17,500 rentable square feet of office and related space which will yield approximately 15,211 ANSI/BOMA occupiable square feet to a maximum of 16,000 ANSI/BOMA occupiable square feet. The space will be occupied by DHS-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The space must be contiguous on one floor in an existing or leased construction building with a minimum setback of 50 feet. 24 inside, secured parking spaces are also required. Subleases will not be considered. The lease will be for a 10 year, 5 year firm term. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including adequate inside contract parking for 24 Government Vehicles, including three oversized vehicles. Buildings with parking below the building will not be considered. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety, shall be ADA compliant and asbestos abated. Building name and address. 2. One-eight inch scale drawing of space offered. 3. Square footage offered. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 6. Evidence of authority to represent owner.
