Description

The United States Government seeks to lease Office space consisting of approximately 1,850 ANSI BOMA Office square feet (USF) within Rutland, VT. Parking requirement is 6 space. The proposed lease is for 20 years, 10 years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 20,2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Offered Space must be located within a quality, modern, building. THIS IS AN INQUIRY FOR AVAILABLE SPACE, AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS AN INVITATION TO BID. Expressions of interest must include, at a minimum; NNN rental quotes, building address, date of availability, floor size, parking arrangements, and be submitted in writing. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. No sublease space will be considered. Interested parties should submit pertinent information to: Donna M.
