- Description
- Some Answers to your questions: 1) Is it possible to review a copy of the previous real estate summary map, NAVFAC Dwg No. 1296803? This drawing is a Navy document, not Coast Guard 2) Should our offer include any references or qualifications in addition to the information requested in the solicitation? I will leave the need for references and qualifications up to you. 3) Will the monuments requested for this project need to be set on interior boundary lines as well as exterior boundary lines? No. Not both 4) Will monuments be required were the boundary line is coincident with the San Francisco Bay? No, I don't think so. But that will have to be determined later. 5) Is it possible to visit the site prior to submittal of our offer on this project to gain a better understanding of site specific conditions which will affect the cost of this project? This is a closed site and I would have to check with Sector SF to see if they would be ameniable to visits. But we would prefer not. I would think they could go on line and see Coast Guard area. A breakdown of the other entitles that have title to portions of the island? Approximate area/location of the Coast Guard property. Is this going to be a survey of nearly the entire island, or a specific smaller portion. Is there a general understanding as to what areas of the island are owned by the Coast Guard? Rest of Island is owned by Navy. We only want a survey of the Coast Guard property. A lot of the questions being asked will need to be determined at the discression of the awarded vendor.
