Description
RFQ Dust Collector Reclaimable Abrasive Machine (RAM) Cartridge Filter Type,Extended Description - 12,000 CFM Dust Collector, Nominal 2 to 1 volume to filter area, electronically controlled filter cleaning system, filter cartridge efficiency from 99.7% at 0.5 micron to 99.9% at 0.3%, electric motor is TEFC, 20 HP, 1.15% service factor, 1750 RPM, 450 volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz, blower provides 12,000 CEM (566 CMM) volume through the ventilation system @ 6.0" of static pressure, explosion vent supplied. Specifications equivilent to existing dust collector. Does the old collector need to be taken off-site, or just moved from its current location to make room for the new one? The old collector just needs to be set to the side so we can dispose of it. Will rigging equipment such as forklifts be available on-site, or do we need to provide? The contractor will have to provide rigging equipment and forklift as needed. Does the ductwork just need to be reconfigured from the new collector to the exterior wall of the building, or will further ductwork need to get run to the machine/process? The ductwork will just need to be reconfigured from the exterior of the building. Are a hopper and drum is needed for this amount of particulate? The current hopper deposits into a single 55 Gal drum. The new Dust collector will need to do the same. What is the material being collected? Plastic Media Dust/Residue Does electrical wiring need to be included in the installation costs? Electrical wiring does not need to be added at this time. *THE MOTOR HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM A 30HP TO A 20 HP MOTOR. ADJUST YOUR BIDS APPROPRIATELY* A New RFQ has been attached.
