Description

Printing specification for Program 2585-S. Single award term contract for 1 year, Date of Award through June 30, 2010 for Department of Commerce (Census). These specifications cover the production of miscellaneous letters, forms, and flyers requiring such operations as copy pickup, electronic prepress, proofs, reproducibles, press sheet inspections, printing in up to 3 ink colors and/or in 4-color process, binding, packing and distribution. Approximately 52 orders. Over 1,000,000 up to and including 10,000,000 copies per order. Forms printed one or two sides. Trim Sizes: Up to and including 11 x 25-1/2”. Material to be picked up from and delivered to Suitland, MD. Deliver f.o.b. destination to various locations. Production time 5 to 20 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
