Description

DescriptionTHIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tampa, FL intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Ferguson Enterprises, 5206 W. Waters Ave., Tampa, FL 33634 for thirty-six (36) specially fabricated SS-1N Faucet Sprayheads in accordance with the National Association of Psychiatric Health System standards and twenty-one (21) Bradley 24 volt transformers. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332913 with a size standard of 500 employees. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
