- This solicitation will be issued as 100% SB SET-A-SIDE and other than full and open competition. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN for the various end items. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 5965. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for TWO (2) years. The solicitation will be available in DIBBS by JUNE 22,2009 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. FIRST ARTICLE TESTING (FAT) CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED FOR THIS NSN. THEREFORE, ONLY OFFERS OF / FROM FAT WAIVED SOURCES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROCUREMENT UNDER SIMPLIFY ACQUISITION FAR 52.209.
