- Expressions of Interest Sought Requirement: The US Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service, MLRA Soils Survey Office, in Craven County, North Carolina is interested in leasing approximately 910 rentable square feet of office space, general storage, and laboratory space as well as 4 parking spaces. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 910 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet to a maximum of 1,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of first class, high quality office space. To be considered, the office location must be within the boundaries of the intersection of Dry Monia Road and NC Highway 55W, in Craven County, North Carolina. The delineated area continues on a line East to where it meets the Neuse River. From there it follows the Neuse River Southeast until it meets the Trent River, which includes the entire city limits of New Bern. It then continues Southwest and West along the Trent River to the intersection of US Highway 17S and Tuscarora Road. Finally the delineated area follows Tuscarora Road/Dry Monia Road North where it intersects with NC Highway 55W. The anticipated lease term will be for a 1.25 year term and occupancy is required by September 1, 2009. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. • Date of space availability. • Method of rentable space measurement. • Building ownership information. • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. • List of building services provided.
