- The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) intends to procure Professional Quality Musical Instruments for the Marine Forces Pacific Band at Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classifications System code (NAICS) is 451140. The government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii within 270 days after award of a Purchase Order. Detailed specifications and requirement information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number M00318-09-T-0177. The RFQ is scheduled to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 22 June 2009. Quotations are due no later than 17 July 2009, 4:00PM Hawaii Standard Time, and to be received either via fax at 808-257-2350 or e-mail at vivian.fukumitsu@usmc.mil. The anticipated award date will be on or about 30 Aug 2009. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The Government will award a contract on an "all or none" basis resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering quality and price.
