The principle work of this contract includes all equipment, labor, materials and supplies needed toRepair and replacement in-kind of the existing wood shingle roof and all associated flashings at the National Register listed Zane Grey House Museum, Beack Lake, Pa 18405. In accordance with Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competiveness Demonstration Program, this procurement is open to all sized businesses. All contractors experienced in this type of construction work may compete for this contract. Estimated project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990 with a small business size of $14.0 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years.
