Description

Attachment 4 - Resume submission template Attachment 3 - SCA Wages Attachment 2 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 1 - Statement of Work This is the official request for proposal. The Office of Human Capital’s (OHC) Employee Relations Program has a continuing need for program management and staffing support. Contract personnel will support the OHC Employee Relations staff and be responsible for oversight support and providing facilitation services for TSA managers, supervisors, HR and administrative staff. The support will be required at HQ, field, and airport locations that comprise TSA global operations. This support is required to augment staff, and represents approximately 14 full-time equivalent labor resources. The Contractor will also be supporting the Employee Relations Program in its requirement to conduct and support training activities for TSA managers and supervisors as well as for TSA Senior Leadership and other program offices. This training will be needed on an ad-hoc/part time basis and in some cases will ned to be performed by contractor resources not on the full-time roster. All necessary information is contained in the solicitation documents.
