Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA4877-09-Q-0375 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33, Defense Circular 20090115, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0318. (iv) This procurement is being issued as full and open competition. (v) The requested items are being purchased for an existing Base-X system and need to work in conjunction with that system. The contractor shall provide the following: 1. Video Display System - 100 inch: Must be a free standing structure, to include mount for projector and frame system to allow for rear or front projection. Frame assemble must be able to join to other VDSs, including those of different sizes. Must be able to set up within 3 min, and fit within 22" X 14" X 63" when packed. Projector must allow for multiple inputs (i.e. S-Video, RCA, Component, DVI, SVGA in/out, and built in audio. Must accept 110-220VAC and 50-60Hz. Projector must provide 2100hrs of continuous use at 100% and 4000hrs of continuous use at 75%, and include spare bulb. Must be able to sit within 26" from screen. 2 each. 2. Tables - lightweight, collapsible and come with carry cases. Tables must have provisions to mount a cable management system off long end. Cable management system must come with power distribution pre-installed and capable of holding up to 80-lbs of weight without detaching from table. 10 cases with 2 tables per carry case. 3. Chairs - must be lightweight, collapsible and come with carry cases. 10 cases with 4 chairs per carry case. 4. C2 Systems components - Integrated components of video switch, quad splitter, video transmitters and receivers, UPS, in deployable case. All cabling must be CAT6 Shielded. Must be able to display video feeds onto visual displays from any input. The quad splitter must provides 4 separate pictures on any one screen or can be used as a dual screen (2 pictures), picture-in-picture can also be injected to any one screen. This can be done either manually or remotely from any PC, software is all web based and meets Information Assurance requirements. 5. 5 Cable management system - must come with power distribution pre-installed and capable of holding up to 80-lbs of weight without detaching from table. 6. Incorporate taxes and shipping into unit price of products.
