- The Department of Veteran Affairs at VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System is seeking sources under NAICS Code 621111 (size standard of $10 million) that are able to provide Interventional, Neuroradiologist, and Diagnostic Radiologists, and Teleradiology services under a single contract. Please advise whether your firm is: 1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 2) Small Business, or 3) Otherwise. Contractors responding to this Sources Sought Notice need to provide the following information to andrea.baker4@va.gov no later than June 29, 2009: "Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Point of Contact "Three Reference Points of Contact for similar combined work "Teaming Arrangements (i.e. subcontracting) The Contractor shall provide radiologists, technical support personnel, telecommunication equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform professional on-site diagnostic and interventional radiology services during normal duty hours Monday through Friday and teleradiology after normal duty hours, including weekends. Services include performing and interpretation of radiology examinations performed at VA Reno by Contractor and VA radiologists 24 hours per day, seven days per week as necessary. Interpretation and reporting for teleradiology services will be done via a secure web-based system provided by the Contractor. Imaging studies will include plain film examinations, CT scans, ultrasound imaging, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). IR services may include percutaneous cholangiograms, nephrostomies, vertebroplasties, carotid, vertebral, and cerebral studies for the diagnosis of stenosis or aneurysm, central line placements, embolization therapy, thrombolytic therapy and CT biopsies for VA beneficiaries including diagnosis, medical intervention and education of VA patients regarding the radiologic procedure completed. Radiologists will be available for consultation. The solicitation number for this RFP will be VA-261-09-RP-0109.
