- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 11,380 rentable square feet of office space within the following delineated area:. North on Glen Eden Rd to North Boundary Rd; E – Franklin Rd; S – Red Beltway; W – Pleasant Hill Rd to Freedom Rd to Powell Rd. The space should yield a minimum of 9,895 and a maximum of 10,390 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The space shall be contiguous. First floor space is preferable, but upper floors may be considered if elevator access is available immediately adjacent to a front or rear entry and able to accommodate large mining equipment. Eighteen (18) secured parking spaces are required with an additional forty two (42) spaces available for general use on a daily basis. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space should be ready for occupancy by August 1, 2010.
