- This announcement is a modification of a previously announced procurement action. SOLICITATION SCHEDULE REVISION. The tentative solicitation issuance date is changed from May 5, 2009 to July 1, 2009. The tentative proposal due date is changed from June 5, 2009 to July 31, 2009. The principle components of the work include: Provide security including armed guard patrol service, personnel, material, and equipment at various Bureau of Reclamation powerplants, dams and facilities located in Lake, Eagle, Summit and Grand Counties, Colorado. The contract shall be for 1 year with 4 options of an additional year per option. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) - Best Value. The primary evaluation factors are: Past Performance and Company Experience. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $1 million to $5 million. The North American Industry Classification System code is 561612. The Small Business Size Standard is $17 Million. This is a small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. Any dates identified in this announcement may be subject to change at the discretion of the Bureau of Reclamation. A RFP is being issued to facilitate submittal of proposals through electronic commerce and to view all applicable clauses and attachments. RFP No. 09SP604120 will be issued via www.fedbizops.gov at the link provided in this notice or check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the website after July 1, 2009 in order to access the RFP and any subsequent amendments and/or notices.
