- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE MINOT AFB ROOFING IDIQ FA4528-08-D-3002. ROOFING DELIVERY ORDER - BLDG 870 In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this presolicitation notice of intent to issue a delivery order under an established IDIQ Contract, FA4528-08-D-3002 with Greenberg Roofing & Sheet Metal. Project Scope This Delivery Order is issued pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Basic Contract Number FA4528-08-D-3002 and any modifications thereto. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment and any incidentals necessary to complete the line items associated with the specified project. Project will consist of repairing the roof at the Communications Squadron, Bldg 870, Minot AFB.
