- ***This Amendment is to edit the solicitation. The new response date is 3 July 09.***This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing Noun: Antenna Sub-Assembly (Logic Control Unit), NSN 5985-01-558-7542SO, Part Number: 7-7PIN17MOD1, which is applicable to the AC-130H. Also, Noun: Antenna Coupler, NSN 5985-01-463-8400SO, Part Number: 7-7PIN438, which is applicable to the C-130J, AC-130U, EC-130J and the WC-130J. The requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus four annual options. The Basic year and all Options BEQ for the Antenna Sub-Assembly are 14 each per year. The Basic year and all Options BEQ for the Antenna Coupler are 3 each per year. Destination: To be determined on each delivery order. Delivery: 6 weeks after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. This is a sole source requirement to Chelton, Inc., 1955 Lakeway Drive, Suite 200, Lewisville, TX 75057-6425. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
