Description

HP Server One HP Server Two This is a notice of intent to place a sole-source acquisition with Hewlett-Packard Company, 6600 Rockledge Drive, Suite 150, Bethesda, MD 20817-1806 (CAGE: 1HQN9). The Defense Logistics Agency intends to place a sole-source award using the U.S. Air Force Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Hewlett-Packed # FA8771-05-A-0611. The Defense Logistics Agency has a requirement for two each, custom-configured, Hewlett-Packard Itanium servers. The configuration of each server is shown in the attached.pdf EXCEL spreadsheets. Required delivery is no later than 15 days from receipt of an executed contract or order. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. point is Destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) requirements will not be a part of any resulting contract or delivery order. Only Hewlett-Packard or authorized Hewlett-Packard resellers, agents or partners may submit an offer on the instant requirement. Questions regarding the instant requirement are required to be received no later than 11 a.m., Eastern Time, Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Questions received after this date and time will not be answered. Send your questions via facsimile to 269-961-4226, ATTN: DCSO-B. Answers to timely, relevant questions will be posted as an amendment to this notice. Receipt of your quotation is due no later than 11 a.m. Eastern Time, Monday, June 29, 2009. Send your quotation via facsimile to 269-961-4226, ATTN: DCSO-B. Quotations received by any other method or mode of delivery WILL NOT be accepted. No telephone calls accepted either pre-award or post-award.
