THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT COMPETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BROOKS ACT AND FAR 36.6. This contract has been previously competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architect-Engineer Services, and awarded as an Architect-Engineer Service Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
