- SOLICITATION PACKAGES MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY, VIA E-MAIL TO: wristoff@fs.fed.us. PACKAGES WHICH ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE RFQ WILL BE DEEMED NON RESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT BE EVALUATED. Telephone inquiries WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. Any and all questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in written format (via e-mail) to the Contracting Officer at wristoff@fs.fed.us. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written request for quotation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-82FT-S-09-0028 and the requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, base plus four (4) one year option periods, contract for commercial custodial services. The services include the contractor furnishing all labor, transportation, and supervision needed to perform the required elements provided herein. All information required to supply a complete package is available within the attached documents.
