Payment Bond Form SF-1442 Davis Bacon Wage Determination Title Sheet Sign Plan Bid Bond Form Portal Specifications Log Pole Sign Base Interpretive Sign Base 2 Fire Protection and Suppression Clauses Contractor Performance Data Sheet Vicinity Backup Contract Section B North Portal Interpretive Sign Base Wood Post Sign Base Fire Communications Fire Clause Estimated Quanities Elk Lake Guard Station Site Plan Equipment Cleaning Inspection Form Solicitation Document This project is located in Deschutes County along Forest Road #46. The project consists of constructing various styles of masonry sign bases at North portal, Elk Lake Guard Station, and the Elk Lake Viewpoint. Major work items include construction forms, pouring concrete, and applying rock masonry. This contract is being advertised FULL and OPEN competition with NO set-asides. It is considered construction and ulitilizes the Davis Bacon Wage Determination. Work is anticipated to talke place between July 2009 and November 2009.
