- SOLICITATION NO. 301819Q378 PROJECT TITLE: Installation of a Floor Heating Boiler in the Fire Cache Building at the Fergus Falls Wetland Management District, Fergus Falls Minnesota PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Purchase and Install a Floor Heating Boiler, Pump, expansion tank, controls, thermostats, sensors, piping, insulation, plumbing, Connections, valves, safety relief valves, emergency stop, gauges, in-line thermometers, System anti-freeze fluids, electrical wiring, conduit, boxes, connections, disconnects, Switches, controllers and circuits necessary to operate the in-floor system. Purchase includes: installation of the boiler, pump, and plumbing. Electrical (including electrical Connections to existing service panel) and controls to properly operate the existing Hydronic manifolds and in-floor heating distribution system. This procurement will be Total Set-aside 100% for Small Business. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238220 Plumbing. Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors with a Small Business size standard of $14 Million Dollars The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about July 8, 2009 with Quotes due on or about August 6, 2009 at 5:00pm (CDT) please ensure you have a complete downloaded Solicitation Package and all required documents before submitting your Quote. A Hard Copy of the RFQ package will NOT be mailed unless specifically requested. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure all required solicitation documents are submitted along with quote for consideration.
