- DESCRIPTION: ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Adam Mountain, Contract Specialist, email: adam.mountain@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX9F0597AX, NOUN: Insulation Blanket, NSN: 5640-01-095-7495; P/N: 70500-03050-050, Min/.Max Quantity: 640/3200 each requirement applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Tracy, CA. Required delivery with first article is 640 each 413 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 640 each year thereafter. Required delivery without first article is 275 DACA. This is 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to UH-60. This is a 100% Hub Zone Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than Hub Zone concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering and tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Hub Zone are restricted to U.S. Hub Zone businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
