- Unilateral Task Order for Construction management services. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE ARCHITECT ENGINEERING SERVICE INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT NUMBER IBM05D0001 WITH S&B INFRASTRUCTURES, LTD. RECOVERY - The Banker Floodway increases flow channel area for flood routing of the Rio Grande. It provides an alternative outlet ot the Gulf of Mexico. The Banker Floodway North Levee extends from an existing weir on the easterly bank of the Rio Grande, near McAllen, Texas, eastward until its termination at Spur 115. The contractor shall provide bidding services and construction management services for construction of the North Banker levee reach. Work includes assisting in preparation of addenda, attending pre-bid conference, assisting in evaluation of bids and attending on-site preconstruction conference. A unilateral Task Order No. IBM09T0028 has been issued to reflect a Not To Exceed amount of $246,715. The Period of Performance is 180 calendar days for construction management of 1.6 miles of levee. THE RESULTING NEGOTIATED TASK ORDER WILL BE SYNOPSIZED AND ISSUED UNDER THE PREVIOUSLY COMPETED AND EXISTING FIRM FIXED PRICE SINGLE AWARD IDIQ A/E CONTRACT REFERENCED ABOVE.
