Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3689140A002; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32 Effective 14 March 2009, Defense DCN 20090115 effective January 15, 2009, and AFAC 2009-0318 effective 18 march 2009. This acquisition is unrestricted. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6910. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5047. This request for quotation is for training manikin. 0001 - We need a manikin that does the following: Is portable, has a large field of responses to care provided, full hemodynamic monitoring capabilities, touch screen technology for more interaction with students, gives lab results, x-rays, and EKG's. Manikin, Medical Training w/ patient monitor, full body, X-Ray, 12 Lead and Multimedia Display, drug recongnition,Multiple Airway skills/features, simulate airway complications, cardiac featurs to include 12 lead ECG display, hear sounds, deflibriation and cardioversion, circulation feathersvascular access, IV access, able to generate generate palpable pulses, blood pressure wave form, and ECG artifacts, Eyes shall• Blinking - slow, normal, fast and winks,• Open, closed and partially open,• Pupillary accommodation:- synchrony/asynchrony- normal and sluggish speed of response. Mankikin shall have additional features to include• Seizure/Fascicullation,• Bleeding,- Simulation of bleeding at multiple sites,- Arterial and venous,- Vital signs automatically respond to,blood loss & therapy,- Works with various wound modules,& moulage kits,• Urine output (variable),• Foley catheterization,• Secretions,- Eyes, Ears, Nose, Mouth,- Blood, Mucous, CSF, etc,• Diaphoresis,• Bowel Sounds - four quadrants,• Patient Voice,- Pre-recorded sounds,- Custom sounds,- Instructor can simulate patient's voice wirelessly, Pharmacology:• Automatic Drug Recognition System identifi es drug & dose• Extensive drug formulary• Automatic or programmable physiological responses Patient Monitor: • Wireless• Highly confi gurable• Includes:- ECG (2 traces)- SpO2- CO2- ABP- CVP- PAP- PCWP- NIBP- TOF- Cardiac Output- Temperature (core & peripheral)- Additional and programmable parameters to include:• X-Ray Display• 12 Lead ECG Display• Custom Image Display• Custom Video Display System Features: • Wireless tablet PC controls simulator remotely• Control multiple manikins from one interface• Control simulations from anywhereon your network• Multiple interfaces can control/observea single simulation• Instructor Mode- Precise control "on the fly"- Design & program custom scenarios- Create custom events- Run pre-packaged scenarios- Physiological & pharmacological modelsrun pre-packaged simulations increase/decrease diffi culty & pace• Simulation controls:• Future prediction & patient outcome display• Integrated video debriefi ng• Data logging• Instructor comments• Works with existing SimMan Scenarios Qty: 2 Award shall be made in the aggregate all or none.
