- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This notice is reposted in order to correct the title format. This notices supersedes the Base Notice: RECOVERY - Repair and Maint of Roofing - RFQ359555 THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA SCHEDULE 03FAC - FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT, Category 811 002. A TASK ORDER IS EXPECTED TO BE AWARDED AT MALMSTROM AIR FORCE BASE, FROM A GSA IDIQ CONTRACT BY 10 JUNE 09. The scope of the work is for the contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, devices, and materials and perform all work required to make repairs, remove and replace, or patch the roofing on various buildings on the Base. The requirement is also for a Total Performance Warranty defined as providing all the work requirements for a square foot price. Work to be performed is described in detail in the attached Statement of Work.
