- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS (SABER) CONTRACT NUMBER FA9301-04-D-0025. Contractor: Ace Engineering, Inc. 1800 Wright Avenue, La Verne, CA 91750-5824. It is the Contracting Squadron's intent to award firm-fixed price task orders to the above contractor. Davis-Bacon wages presently in effect for California. CA070013 (Modification 13) dated 11/23/2007 and CA070031 (Modification 17) dated 11/23/2007 will prevail. These acquisitions are subject to the North American Industry Classification Code 236220 and the annual size standard is $28.5 million. FSPM071346 - Repair Underground Water Lines at New Desert Villa THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: The work to be accomplished on FSPM 07-1346 at building 10124. The work to be accomplished includes but is not limited to the following: Plumbing Systems, Site Preparation, Site Plumbing Utilities, and General Requirements. FSPM072561 - Construct Concrete Pad for Hi-Line THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: The work to be accomplished for the 95 ABW/CETVF. The work to be accomplished includes but is not limited to the following: Slab on Grade, Site Preparation, Site Earthwork and Administrative.
