- The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease GS-11B-01658 in Arlington, Virginia that will be expiring on November 12, 2009. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 2,000 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 1,800 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet. The lease term requirement is for 5 years with a 5-year option. The space must be available for occupancy by November 21, 2009. The delineated area is North, 11th Street N; East, N. Randolph Street; South Wilson Blvd, and West N. Vermont Street, extended. Other requirements applicable to this requirement include: • Proximity to Metrorail • Parking (# of on site, reserved spaces (inside vs. outside) for official Government vehicles) • Security (i.e. lobby, loading dock access, parking, etc.) • Others The Government is considering whether to remain in its existing lease space or relocate to alternative space. The Government’s decision regarding whether or not to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement. In the event that a potential offeror fails to provide specific rental rate or other required information as part of its response to this advertisement, the Government reserves the right to assume that the building in question cannot meet the Government’s requirements.
