- PR No: 0022842730; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Yoke Actuator. This solicitation is for award of a Large definite quantity Contract with 100% option. This is an unrestricted procurement. The only approved source is Arkwin Industries (cage 98391). The NSN, Part Numbers, and Quantities are as follows: 2995-00-909-4507; P/N 7211057-119 or 7257-119, 364 ea basic quantity. Delivery: FOB Destination, 30 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The issue dated is 10 Jul 2009. The close date is 10 Aug 2009. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies.
