Description
RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE MEDICAL REPAIR/RENEWAL (MRR) PROGRAM. This opportunity is available only to the following Unrestricted Multiple Award Task Order Contractors (MATOC): W912DY-08-D-0021, Syska & Hennessy Group Construction, Inc.; W912DY-08-D-0022, LINC Government Services, LLC.; W912DY-08-D-0023, John J. Kirlin Special Projects, LLC, and W912DY-08-D-0024, J & J Maintenance, Inc. This project is located at the Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Bldg 4301, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Reynolds Army Community Hospital (RACH), Bldg 4301 is the headquarters for the Fort Sill MEDDAC. The facility is situated in the southwest portion of Fort Sill and is located near Lawton, Oklahoma. RACH provides inpatient and clinical outpatient services for soldiers, their dependents, and the retired community. The hospital is comprised of a two-story clinic, constructed in 1987, connected to a three-story tower which was added in 1993. It contains approximately 513,000 square feet, comprised of a basement and three floors with interstitial spacing above the three floors. The intent of this project is to renovate and modernize three areas within the main hospital building. This work is intended to improve the environment of care, to provide facility compliance with current regulations and standards, and to meet the safety requirements of current health standards.
