Description

The U.S. Coast Guard intends to negotiate a contract with a certified HUBZONE contractor, to provide all management, supervision, labor, material, repair parts, tools, planning, material, transportation, administration, services and supplies required, to ensure effective and economical completion of work for the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, Petaluma, California. The work performed under this proposed contract includes the specific items and task for preventive and/or incidental maintenance, repairs and services: 1. Incidental Repairs – Level I 2. Urgent & Routine Service Calls 3. Emergency Response Service Calls 4. Maintenance Repairs – Level II 5. Major Repairs – Level III 6. Non-Emergency Overtime Services 7. Maintenance and Repair of HVAC Systems 8. Maintenance and Repair of Electrical Systems 9. Heating & Cooling Systems Treatment & Maintenance 10. Maintenance and Repair of Food Service Equipment 11. Maintenance and Repair of Portable Water and Sewage Systems 12. Operational Tours of Utility Systems THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) OR AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A SOLICITATION AND NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE EXISTS AT THIS TIME.
