Description
Requirements for B/W Copiers or Scanner/Printer Systems - The United States Senate, Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA), has a requirement for three black and white (B/W) copiers or printer/scanner systems. REQUIREMENTS: All requirements are provided in this combined synopsis/solicitation (Solicitation). All equipment and components must be new, not refurbished. Quote must be valid until October 31, 2009. All items shall be priced FOB Destination, Washington, DC. INSTRUCTIONS: The Vendor's response must contain the following completed documents: 1) Attachment A: Requirements Matrix; 2) Attachment B: Pricing; 3) Attachment C: Maintenance; 4) Attachment D: Consumables ; 5) Attachment E: Trade-In; and 6) Attachment F: Past Performance. The response shall be submitted electronically via email only to acquisitions@saa.senate.gov. (The SAA will not accept any faxes or mail deliveries). The subject line of the email message shall be "RFQ-2009-024 " Three B/W Copiers or Printer/Scanner Systems". Quotations must be received no later than 5:00 PM EST, July 10, 2009. The anticipated award date is in September, 2009, or earlier. Questions regarding this Solicitation must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 Noon, June 30, 2009 to acquisitions@saa.senate.gov, Although the SAA does not anticipate any amendments, the Vendor is responsible for monitoring this site for release of any amendment to the Solicitation. The SAA will not respond to telephone requests for information. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Technical acceptability of item offered, in terms of whether it meets or exceeds the solicitation requirements; (2) Past performance information for the Offeror; (3) Warranty offered; and (4) Evaluated price. Non-price evaluation factors are equally important, and collectively, are significantly more important than evaluated price.
