Description

The U.S. Government will lease a total of 15,220 contiguous BOMA usable square feet using other than full and open competition, based on the determination that this is within the best interest of the U.S. Government. The existing lease is for DHS United States Secret Service and will expire August 21, 2011. REQUIRED: The Government requires 17,503 rentable square feet of office space. The space must be contiguous and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Lease will be for ten (10) years five (5) years firm with the Government having cancellation privileges. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. Prospective owners are advised that the Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, etc., when deciding to relocate. To submit a location, contact this office by the deadline.
