Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN CLUTE, TX STAR #: 8TX2406 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 6,268 rentable square feet in the Clute, TX. The space should yield 5,450 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require four (4) structured parking and 30 surface parking. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: No further North of Angleton than State Highway 35 No further West than State HWY 288, East of protective levee system (due to flooding from Brazos River) for Angelton No further South of Angleton than Farm to Market Road 220 at intersection with state HWY 288. No further East than State HWY business 288 (Bus 288) at intersection of CR 220 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5 ) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
