- Market Research Questions Please address the market research questions below and provide capability information on your staff’s qualifications and your firm’s corporate experience and qualifications as demonstrated through similar contracts or efforts. Page Limits for Response to Questions 1 to 12 should be no more than seven (7) pages. 1. How long has your business been in operation? 2. What type of business is your company (i.e. 8(a), large, etc.)? 3. What is the size of your company in terms of employees and consultants? (Breakdown the mix between the two categories.) 4. Do you have dedicated office space for integrated project management and development in close proximity to NRC Headquarters in Rockville, MD 20852? (If desired, describe any office space alternatives.) 5. Which GSA FSS contracts, if any, do you possess? When do they expire? 6. Has your company effectively established software development, integration, and hosting teams in the past? (Briefly describe the IT system, partnering, and technical disciplines assembled.) 7. What experience does your company have with the Federal Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process for developing, testing, and hosting Level 3 and Level 4 IT systems? (If desired, list data center geographic areas and whether your current resources could accommodate NRC systems.) 9. Has your company ever transitioned an operational Level 3 and/or 4 system into your hosting environment? 10. Has your company experience developing and deploying two or more Level 3 systems simultaneously? 11. Has your company experience with independent reviews by Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and IT Security contractors as it pertains to planning, deployment, security, and user interface (e.g., security plans, requirements documents, system architecture documents, system infrastructure design)? 12. What experience does your company have with using Cross-Certified Federal Bridge Certification Authority (FBCA) and/or Federal Common Policy Framework medium assurance hard- and soft-token credentials as a relying party to validate and authenticate users at system log-in?
