- Revised PreBid Site Visit Notice A PreBid Site Visit will be held on June 30, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Saylorville Lake Project Office. The meeting is to provide an opportunity for offerors to visit the site at Saylorville Lake. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend this site visit. Make arrangement at least 24 hours in advance of the PreBid Site Visit with: Mr. Marvin Morris Asst. Operations Mgr. Saylorville Lake 5600 NW 78th Ave Johnston, IA 50131-1941 PH: 515-276-4656, x6502 The work consists of, but is not limited to, rehabilitating forty-three campsites and a service reoad entrance at the Saylorville Lake, Praire Flower Campground. Four option items consisting of a total of nineteen campsites will be separate bid items. The rehabilitation shall include all site demolition, preparation and work to include site grading, providing for proper drainage, adding fill material and/or removing soil or rock to level, compact, delineate, and construct formed and poured concrete campsites, concrete curbs and segmental block retaining walls. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications contained in the solicitation, and to the satisfaction of the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representative. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Johnston, IA The estimated price range of the project is $100,000 - $500,000. The NAICS Code is 237990.
