Description

This is a fixed-price contract for engineering services for the Band Pass filter redesign part number 800125-01 applicable to the ARC-169 system. Delivery: 9 Months ARO Destination: SW3119 The approximate issue date will be 25 June 2009 with an approximate response date of 25 July 2009. Avionics Specialist Inc CAGE: 8S585 Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies required are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The data or rights to use data needed to reengineer this part from additional sources are not owned by the Government and it has been determined that it is uneconomical to purchase them or to reverse engineer the part.
