- This project includes all work associated with the replacement of carpet and wall covering and wall painting at the East and West Airport Traffic Control Towers In Dallas, Texas The work includes but is not limited to the following: a.Remove existing vinyl wall coverings, carpeting, and ceramic tile. b.Prep concrete slab floor and raised access floor surfaces as needed for installation of new flooring.c.Patch/prep gypsum wallboard behind removed wall covering for paintingd.Patch/prep existing painted wallboard for re-painting or new wall covering.e.Paint gypsum wallboard.f.Install new wall covering, ceramic tile; carpeting, linoleum floor covering, install new signage. Time: 40 Calendar Days Estimated Cost: $100,000 - $250,000 NACI: 238320 Size Standards: $14.0 Million This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE project. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
