Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. M6786509T0038 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 423850 and the size standard is 100. The Government requires new equipment in response to this solicitation. Offerors must identify any used, reconditioned, re-manufactured, or recovered government material in their quotes. Offerors shall also provide descriptive lieterature for all equal to items. The lack of descriptive literature for equal parts will result in offer deemed non-responsive. The agency is in need of 35 items (please see attached solicitation). Delivery shall be to MCAS Miramar, San Diego, CA. 92145. All items awarded under subsequent contract are expected to be delivered within 30 days after Offeror receipt of order. The following provisions apply to this RFQ: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Offerors shall verify that they are CCR registered, and have met the requirement in accordance with 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Additional provisions and other pertinent information is provided in attached solicitation. All offers are due by 4:pm on 8 July, 2009. Offers can be submitted electronically, via mail, or hand carried. Offers sent via the US Postal syste should be mailed to MCAS Miramar, Contracting Office, 8671 Obregon Rd., San Diego, CA 92145-2007. Hand carried quotes must be delivered to MCAS Miramar Contracting Office, Bldg 8671, Obregon Rd, San Diego, CA 92145 during weekdays, exluding federal holidays, between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:00 pm
